The austrian bike tour part 1.

For my third post, I would like to tell you about our Austrian bike tour. We left on Wednesday and came on back on Friday. We wanted our cousins to come too but they couldn't come.  It was only my family and Megan.  Two of Megan's friends came late the night before we left on the train for our bike trip, their names were Christi Anne and Eugene.  But when Megan went out to meet them she accidentaly locked herself out.  Christi Anne and Eugene came from Croatia from a camping trip so luckily they had their camping things and they all slept at the Duna Part. The next morning we all took a train to Vienna. It took about one hour. Christi Anne and Eugene stayed in Vienna and the rest of us biked to another train station in Vienna.
Then we took a train which was going to Linz. This train took about three hours. Because it took so much time we needed to do something to pass the time. First we ate the sandwhiches we made before the trip, and the water we bought at the train station.  We also played chess, we played Skip-bo ( a card game,) and the best thing was : we read some of a Felicity book ( Felicity is a character in the American Girl series).  I got the book from the library.  When we finally got off the train in Enns, we biked on the R1 Bike route. The route always gave signs that showed which way to go.
This is Megan, me and Andris.
                                             Dad is always on telephone.

We sleep 2 nights there. The first Hotel looked like this  .
There was a men section and a women section. Women slept in one room, and the men slept in another room.  We had our breakfast there and then we biked and biked and biked until Melk. First mom and I thought that we would only make it until Ybbs but because we were sooo good we made it all the way until Melk.
Because this is part 1, and the story hasn't ended yet, I will  soon write a part 2 !
